Reviews
Many reviewers appreciated the physiotherapy team, doctors, and nursing staff for their professionalism, dedication, and supportive approach that helped patients recover effectively. Several families mentioned courteous staff, timely updates, and noticeable improvements in mobility and health.
On the other hand, a large number of reviews highlighted serious issues such as poor hygiene, untrained or negligent caregivers, mismanagement, payment-related disputes, and unsafe experiences that raised major trust concerns. Complaints about food quality, refund delays, and lack of accountability were also frequent.
Overall, the feedback is sharply divided while some families reported exceptional rehabilitation support and compassionate care, others described deeply distressing experiences, reflecting inconsistency in service quality and management.
Are family members allowed to stay overnight with the resident?
Stay of family members, within premises, is not encouraged for the resident’s own welfare. It may be a cause for concern because seniors with dementia often take time to readjust after a night stay by a family member. The stay might also disturb the routine of your loved one and other residents.
How do you handle emergencies?
HCAH has all emergency protocols in place, including those for medical situations, fire, and falls. The team is well-equipped and trained to manage emergencies efficiently.
Are there any visiting hours?
HCAH follows an open-door policy, allowing family members to visit during regular hours. However, it is recommended that visitors observe rather than actively participate in routine activities, enabling caregivers to build rapport with residents. Prior scheduling is appreciated to minimize disruption to the residents' structured and healthy routine.

What is the process of admission?
HCAH offers a simple and hassle-free admission process, with support provided at every step. It begins with filling out the contact information form, followed by scheduling a visit to the facility. Families then share medical documents, after which a medical assessment is conducted. The process continues with signing the residency agreement, making the booking deposit, planning the logistics of the move, and finally, welcoming the resident to their new HCAH home.
Can I personalize the room and bring my own furniture?
HCAH encourages residents to personalize their living spaces with their own furnishings, artifacts, and picture frames. Special pieces of furniture with emotional value are also accepted, provided they can be accommodated within the space.
