Aurum offers home-cooked-style meals and beverages six times a day, comprehensive housekeeping and maintenance services, and medical support for both independent and assisted living residents. The facility provides daily activities curated by the Happiness Manager and Clinical Psychologist, outdoor activities when possible, concierge services, and medical and physiotherapy support as needed. Personal requests from residents are also accommodated to ensure that Aurum feels like home.

Multiple engaging activities are scheduled throughout the day to encourage participation and enjoyment.

Aurum is managed by the GM Aurum Family and supported by key departmental heads, including the Happiness Manager and Clinical Psychologist, Hygiene and Housekeeping Manager, Front Office and Reception Manager, and Nursing and Care Head. Additionally, a live-in Facility Manager, who is also a senior nurse with administrative experience, oversees daily operations.

The caregivers and house staff receive continuous training to better cater to the needs of the residents.

There are no specific visiting hours at Aurum. However, residents and their families are expected to be mindful that Aurum is a senior living environment. Some seniors may retire early in the evening, and visitors could inadvertently disturb fellow residents.

Aurum follows an open-door policy and encourages family members to visit as often as they wish.

At Aurum, we have a specialised Dementia Care Unit. It is under the care of Dr Sonia Lal Gupta (A US board certified Neurologist). The dementia care unit has a specialised program for seniors with dementia. A combination of cognitive stimulation activities, reminiscent activities and social activities help keep our elders positively engaged and happy.

Each room at Aurum has an emergency Call Button at your bedside and in the bathroom. There is a nursing station on every floor and we also have a medical Centre.

This ensures that when an elder needs immediate medical attention, it is met with in a timely and urgent manner.

Aurum offers a holistic activity calendar designed to support the physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual well-being of residents. Activities include both indoor and outdoor options such as movie screenings, tombola, antakshari, karaoke, painting, puzzles, card games, carrom, yoga, bhajans, kirtans, havans, performances by children, and live music sessions.

Activities are also customized to meet the specific needs and conditions of residents requiring special care.

Aurum provides an in-house runner service to assist residents with ad hoc requirements such as local shopping, banking, courier services, and other local errands this service is offered free of charge.

Car and driver services are available on a chargeable basis, offering residents convenient transportation when needed. Additionally, the team assists with travel and accommodation bookings if travel is required.
